Mark arrived promptly and completed the job of installing my new dishwasher after removing the old one. It was a tight fit but he made necessary adjustments. In addition, he went beyond the job description by cutting and nailing a board behind the new dishwasher to cover some holes in the wall and then filling it with silicon filler. He was professional, humorous, capable, and priced the job reasonably. Recommend without qualification.

Mark and his assistant Mike were great. Mark communicated regularly about his arrival time. Showed up and got the job done cleanly, quickly, and very reasonably. Would completely recommend him to anyone.

Mark showed up on time and did fast work installing my new dishwasher and connecting the new refrigerator's water source. I asked him to come back this week and hook up 2 new sinks and the garbage disposal as the counter top and new sinks were installed. Really nice guy. I plan to use him for bathroom renovations too once we get that going!

Mass Appliance, they are a very good company. Although my scheduled appointment moved due to some circumstances, they accommodated me with two days and since it was not an emergency it worked out. My repair was done quickly and service was great. If you speak to Mark he was my service agent and he has been in business for 40 years, so he knows his stuff.

They called to get the right part, called 30 minutes before arriving, quickly installed the part, all with a sense of humour, could not be more pleased with their work!

I called for a broken refrigerator in the morning and had an appt for 4pm that day. He arrived on time and was friendly and very neat while fixing the refrigerator. He found the problem and had the part with him and it was fixed within an hour. I highly recommend Mass Appliance and if ever needed will call again.

Inverter board on my GE refrigerator failed. Mark responded on a Sunday and said he could be up the next day to fix the problem. After ordering the part he was able to fix the problem within an hour.

Mass Appliance called me even when they did not have to in order to make sure they were on time for me. The repair was completed with professionalism and competence. The repair person explained what they had to do, and why. I am very pleased.

We were in a rush situation to get our dryer repaired. Mark fit us in for the very next day after speaking to him. He arrived within the agreed time window. Our experience is that doesn't happen all of the time with many service providers or contractors. Not only did he make the repair quickly and efficiently, he took the time to check over the rest of the dryer and also checked all of the exhaust hose to make sure that it was clean. That all adds up to a true professional.

Mark was excellent. I would recommend him for installations and repairs. He also sells and installs certain appliances at discounted prices.

After a horrible experience with Home Depot delivery and install, we searched Home Advisor for help with the installation of our new LG washer and gas dryer as well as our LG over the oven microwave. We found Mass Appliance on Home Advisor, and Mark from Mass Appliance responded to us right away. He was able to schedule our appointment first thing, arrived on time, worked quickly, and did the job right. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs appliance work in the Boston area.

Our fridge went out. After try to schedule repair finally set it up. Fridge is toast. Time for new one. Tech showed how it failed and made recommendations to my wife then called me to reiterate to insure we both had information.

Definately recommend him, I will use his services again.
