Mark was excellent and took care of my oven very quickly and had an extensive knowledge and was the cheapest around .

I was the one that actually diagnosed the dishwasher problem, not the repair guy but he wasn'the looking for it to be a door problem. I noticed something didn'the look quite right with it. After I pointed it out.......then we realized the problem.

We hired Mark to repair our electric stove. He said the repairs would be quite expensive and offered an alternative . He sold us a refurbished stove as a replacement. He delivered the stove and removed ours. The stove he delivered came with a one year warrantee . The oven light was not working and he came back to to fix it. We are pleased with his service !

Arrived exactly on time and proceeded to replace the heating element with correct component. Less than 20 minutes.

Mark answered my call on Sunday evening, and went out of his way to make me his first appointment on Monday morning. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue with our electric dryer, and had the heating element replaced in 30 minutes! The price was reasonable. I mentioned a potential dishwasher issue, and Mark performed a quick diagnosis at no extra cost. I'm very happy I called him.

Due to his responsiveness, I scheduled an appointment. Mark was delayed due to an emergency which was understandable. I was pleased with his service. Mark was great. I called him on a Saturday and within 24 hours he was here on a Sunday.

Needed a new heater for the dryer and he had one on him. Very quick, and great value for the money. Had a leak in the washing machine the next day and he was out immediately to correct it. outstanding service.
