Mark Charland was here in less than hour after he called and was done in less than three hours

Had a problem with a gas oven, Mark showed up when he said he would he was quick and efficient and the price was great

Our full freezer died suddenly. Mark came during his lunch hour traveling from Hampton NH to Saugus. He fixed our freezer saving us from losing all the food.

Set up a morning appointment in advance - Mark called to say he would be late due to previous job, which I appreciated. Have a Magtag washer which needed a new part - Mark was able to get the part that day and returned at 6pm to finish the job same day. Explained all repairs and is an expert in his field. Will definitely refer and call Mass Appliance in the future for repairs.

The technician, Mark, got right to work and did not waste any time -- which I really appreciated because my husband and I have busy work schedules. He figured out the problem quickly and got to work on it. He was also tidy and did not make a mess. We had to let the fridge sit overnight to defrost, but so far, it seems to be cooling down.
