Excellent service! Mark called immediately after I posted a service request that the refrigerator needed to be repaired and arranged to come on a Monday holiday. That day, he called to tell me when he would be here. He and John quickly and cleanly replaced the nonfunctional fan of the 12-yr-old refrigerator using one of the many fans he carries in his van. He issued a 1-yr warranty and charged only $275. I will highly recommend Mass. Appliance Center to my friends.

Quickly responded to my repair request. Very friendly and personable. Quick diagnosis of problem. Very reasonable price for repair. Did not charge a weekend rate although repair was on a Saturday. Left home clean. Highly recommend!

Mark was able to come out to my house and identify what was causing error code (E15) on my Bosch Dishwasher on the same day I called. He then ordered the correct replacement part and installed it at my convenience the next day. Bosch Service would have had me wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Will definitely call Mass Appliance for any future appliance problems. They are very customer focused, knowledgable and responsive.

He is an honest guy who unfortunately could not fix our freezer but he is more than willing to help us get another one, on sale and deliver it to our house.

I appreciate the quick response and even coming on a Saturday without additional charges to finish the job. I would have preferred to be able to pay with credit card than check.

Thanks to Mark my dryer is working like new. Mark came to see the dryer the day after we spoke on the phone. He gave me his estimate and my choices. He ordered the part on the spot and two days later my dryer was fixed. Mark was great at keeping me posted, he called ahead when can I expect his arrival. He even cleaned out my dryer.

Ignighter on stove burner out, Mark came within 24 hours and tried to fix part but after 21 years of use, not possible, so he ordered new part. As soon as the new part came in,which was sat and during the snow storm he installed the new part. This was not an emergency, but Mark treated me like I was his only client for the day (which wasn't true). Only charged for the initial visit and part, second visit for installation was N/C. thanks Mark

Mark called me back very promptly, came when he said he would, and fixed my blocked dishwasher rapidly. Price was reasonable and I would use him again. Sometimes tricky to get people to turn out for smaller jobs, but Mark was great. I have his contact info readily available for next time I need someone. Thanks.

Lifesaver! Oven broke just before putting in the Thanksgiving turkey. Mark came on the holiday and within 20 minutes our oven was working again. Thanksgiving was saved!! Reasonable price, great service with a smile. Highly recommend.

Of course my clothes dryer broke the day before thanksgiving company was descending upon the house! He came right out and was able to fix it. He was very friendly , efficient and I highly recommend him!!! Will defintely use him for any future repairs

Called on Sunday morning for a refrigerator not working. They came out within the 1/2 hr (no extra charge for coming out on a Sunday) and quickly fixed the problem. Very friendly and efficient. I would definitely hire them again!

I had a big clog in my washing machine after my daughter washed her school bag with comic books in it. It looked like a paper mache art explosion in the machine. It looked like black tapioca pudding in the machine. I was sure the water pump had to be replaced, the machine is 12 years old. Mark came took a look at it and unclogged and saved the pump and cleaned out the machine. I am sure other companies would have put in a new pump regardless. But Mark saved me a few dollars. And the Job was spot on because the machine was on for another 12 hours with no leaks, we were that far behind in laundry.. I am sure when my machine goes it will probably be the pump because of the stress put on it and the age. Mark at least gave me chance to save some money to either purchase a new machine or repair it of it dies again.
