Mark was very friendly and explained all that he was doing. He showed me how to maintain my washing machine to avoid problems in the future. He charged me only for the house call.

When I was told I would have to wait 12 days before I could get an estimate on my broken Kenmore refrigerator, I was devastated. My wife said check "HomeAdvisor". I did, and was contacted by Mass Appliance. This was late Friday afternoon. Mark was on my doorstep at 7:50 Saturday morning. We talked, he worked and I watched. He didn't waste time, knew exactly what he was doing and didn't try to sell me parts for a frozen fan that I didn't need. The job was done in 50 minutes. Mark was very professional, likable, and the price was very good. Thanks Mark. Thanks HomeAdvisor.

Mark, the owner, and Mike, my initial contact with me company we're both very professional. I was called when Mark couldn't get to my home at the scheduled time and told Mike would be coming in his place. The repairs were diagnosed and made as promised at a very fair price. I will definitely use this company again.

Mark came out the very next morning, on a Sunday, to fix my broken refrigerator. He removed the back panel and thoroughly inspected everything and came to the determination that it was a froen leak and since it was part of the sealed refrigerant system, it was still under warranty by Sears. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. i would definately hire him again.

Not only did they repair my refrigerator, but I got the Mark and Jim comedy routine as well! They went out of their way to drive to another town to pick up the required part, then came back and installed it. All in the same afternoon. Outstanding service! I'll call them again when needed.

Was on time and let me know the issue and gave me great advice on what the best and most cost efficient option was. He helped me with the removal of my old fridge and installed a brand new one for me SAME DAY!! I would highly recommend him!!!!!

They got down and checked out the dishwasher inside and out. They found out what was wrong, but could not handle it. They said I would have to get an electrician. I would recommend them anytime !

Excellent work. They gave us an appointment right away as we told them of our bad experience with a man who didn't do the work as promised. The owner Mark had Mike come promptly at the scheduled time and fixed both the washer & dryer and also helped us with a draft where the dryer pipe goes out of the wall. I had bought fiber glass and hoped we could use it and he was able to stuff a bit in the open space as he pulled the dryer out for us, which we could not do on our own. He gladly took care of us and was clean, efficient, knowledgeable, and a good guy. He explained everything along the way. We are happily doing laundry again at home, and so grateful to Mike and also to Mark Charland, the owner, for picking up his phone on a Saturday and making this happen. Job involved fixing a gas powered oven and was done by a friendly fellow called Mark. He provided an appointment next day and the work was done in a very timely and professional manner. Price was as given on the estimate. Mark was very courteous and helpful. He also tweaked an issue with the oven door at no extra charge. Overall a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone.
