This turned out to be the most quickest repair ever... very responsive team.. They came on 8-1-18 to look at my squeaking dryer. They said it needed a "dum axle support". The ticket says the cost would be $275. I gave them a deposit of $150. At three weeks nothing had happened. I called. He first said he's called, then said he's "misread phone number". We scheduled. They canceled, said supply house "had never heard of part". They said they straightened that out, scheduled again. At about five weeks from the start of this adventure they were scheduled to come, called and said part had not been ordered. I told them I was done, to cancel the whole thing. Another company came out and repaired it in one visit. No parts, the bearings needed to be oiled. One and done. I've been calling ever since attempting to get at least a partial refund of the "deposit" on a part that was never ordered, work that was not done. I've called, I've emailed. The owner will not answer, no refund has been forthcoming. I indicated I was willing to settle on a partial refund when the employee on the phone suggested they should be paid for the visit. OK fine, let's just get done. Nothing. Now I'm preparing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and a small claims filing - and I'll be asking for the whole thing. The service visit was clearly incompetent, as evidenced by my dryer at this moment humming along quietly after a substantially simpler and less expensive remedy. And it's been fine for months now, so not a temporary fix. So - no fix, incorrect diagnosis, bad management, you name it. I'll certainly never use them again. Update, when told this review had been submitted, a cash refund was then provided. I told them I had submitted to the Better Business Bureau, but it is a weekend they could avoid that by providing the refund and I would withdraw that complaint. They asked that I remove this. I did not agree with that. As every word of it is true, I think it should stand.

Mark C., the owner of the business, answered right away, and kept me informed about whether or not he would be able to make a service call that day or the next. He diagnosed the problem with the circuit board from my LG refrigerator on my kitchen counter, showing and explaining what he was doing. Then he called Gray's and ordered a replacement circuit board for next day delivery. He came back with the new board and fixed the refrigerator the next day. There is a 1 year warranty on the replacement board. If you are paying to repair an old, out of warranty appliance, as I was, you just need to understand that you are taking on the risk that there may be other problems when you write the check to pay for a replacement part. But that's the main risk. With Mark you are getting a professional with a great deal of experience who is going to do the best job with diagnosis and repair that he can do.

Mass Appliance was great!! They had to come out twice to fix the same washing machine and they only changed me for the initial appointment. The owner would not leave the condo until he knew the washing machine was fixed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy company to fix your appliances. The owner drove a long way to come and fix the washing machine and was willing to spend as much time as was needed to make sure it was all set before leaving. Its nice to see this kind of commitment to service and really caring about the customer.

Mark from Mass Appliance was excellent. He showed up on time. Did an expert job with the repair and had the Dishwasher working well. He tested the machine multiple times to make sure that everything was working very well. Mark was very friendly too. Would definitely recommend and use his services in the future.
