Mark was fantastic, professional very friendly and honest. Came out on a Saturday eve day after christmas, no extra charge for superb service. I would give him 50 stars if I could. Will defiantly rehire.

Mark, the companie's diamond, came out less than 5 hours after being alerted that I had a problem. He was working on 2 other jobs and then he was right here. My dryer was not installed by a major department store and should have been. If it wasn't for Mark's expertise and understanding, I would be hiring someone to take my clothes to the laundomat again (or my husband would be taking his time to do it, while carrying a high level company position). Mark saved the day for us both. I feel his prices are more than competitive and his manner and experience was delightful and he was one guy that knew what he was doing! I believe in most cases one gets what they pay for, but be careful, for this is not always true, for I got MORE than I paid for...this was a brand new set we bought, and don't trust a lot of people, but Mark is someone to count on. I can't say enough good things about this company. FYI, we just recently bought in Windham, New Hampshire, and Mass Appliance will go into my book for someone to call again.

still waiting for it to be finished but other places i called said our stove top was too old and could not be fixed. i almost bought a new stove top but saved a lot of money since mark told me it could be fixed. jsut waiting for the wall oven to be installed.

He is always very accommodating to me when I need his services. He does a fine job.
