The technicians that came by were friendly, professional and on time. They performed the furnace cleaning/maintenance and communicated what they were doing and showed me parts they had cleaned. An itemized bill was written up and paid on the spot. Over the weekend, there was some oil smell that my wife noticed. ( I had a cold ). I gave a quick phone call to let the company know on Veteran's Day and within minutes, a technician was at my door and fixed the problem by adjusting the nozzle. The technician made sure the system was running properly and there was no mention of charging me for coming by for the second time. Chris and his staff completed the work quickly and professionally. We had two call backs. The first was for thermostats wired to the incorrect zone (the kids bedroom stat would turn on the heat in our bedroom). The second was for a leaking hot water storage tank. Both were fixed immediately.

it went very well. He did what he said he would do. He suggested other work but I couldn't afford it at this time and he understood. I have used him since I've owned my home for the past 13 years. He is my go-to guy for heating issues.

Chris and his team were professional and cared about doing a good jib. We are happy with the work. Chris budgeted less time than the job actually took, so the job took longer than expected because Chris had to schedule short periods of work around other appointments. Because of the configuration of our existing ductwork, our air conditioning works better in some rooms than others; Chris didn't stress this ahead of time, but to be fair, it would have been hard to understand the full layout of our ducts without opening the walls.

Chris Installed a new Inverter Heat Pump heating / AC unit in our family room. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with the unit and the installation. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

The install went well, without any issues. It was a long days work but the project was completed in one day. The quality of work and components used were what you would expect from professionals who take pride in their work and are not looking to cut corners on the materials or their workmanship. Chris works with an assistant. I'm impressed with their professionalism and willingness to explain the technical details. Although they had to make a run to a parts supplier for something they didn't happen to have on their truck, they didn't charge me extra for that time. Also, in advising me on adding an LP gas line for a supplementary small stove, they explained why another installer might be more economical, even though they could have done the work themselves.
