 + -1 moreNot even a year and the washing machine we purchased broke. Appliance Warehouse told us WE HAD to go through the GE warranty service company, so we did, the GE service company finally showed up after two and half weeks and said they now need to order a part and said maybe another 3 three weeks. I called Appliance Warehouse because it hasn't been a year since we purchased the washing machine from their company and he told us SORRY, NOT OUR PROBLEM!!!!! Literally said that. Very disappointed. I feel they should have worked with us to replace the broken machine, however they did not seem to care at all.

Description of Work: I purchased a portable air conditioner. The saleslady was friendly but not pushy or overbearing. I had done my research and knew what I wanted but the price was more than I had anticipated. She gave us a moment alone to consider and then returned with a lower price. We did not need to ask her, she knew it was lower elsewhere (Amazon) and did her best to match. I felt better about buying it from there knowing we could get it serviced and we could return it without a hassle.
