Dan from Simone's Pressure Washing did a great job. He was professional and very very thorough. He spent a lot of time cleaning the exterior of the house and the deck. It looked as good as new when he was done. I had used some other pressure washing company previously and I feel he did a far superior job than the previous company. I would recommend him very highly.

Dan was professional, courteous, on time, and thorough. He removed all external furniture, planters, etc. from the deck and from around the house before starting to work. He watered all plantings around the house beforehand, then did a remarkably good job cleaning all surfaces of our two-storey home. He then put everything back in its place. He also alerted us to an infestation of carpenter bees we didn't know we had. And he finished at the time he forecasted. A perfect job, in our book.

There was much delay on roof cleaning due to completing house painting. Dan honored his bid when we notified him that we were ready to have the work done. Dan appeared at 8 am on the date set. He was extremely professional, worked for nearly seven hours and cleaned up all the droppings and even washed the workside of the house. We were very satisfied!!!
