This electrician made an appointment to give me a price and never showed up and never called to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

This was the second time Charlie serviced our (23 yr. old) central air conditioner. The first time he came out was the summer before when the AC was no longer blowing cold air. He added some freon, changed the air filter we had neglected to change after the basement renovation (completely clogged!) and charged me $150 for everything. Being how it was in the middle of the summer and we were dealing with a very old AC, he could have told me we needed a new unit, but I was thrilled that it actually lasted through the rest of that summer, and till the end of this one. To get back to this installation, Charlie did a wonderful job replacing the AC, especially since the compression unit is located in a very difficult spot to reach- in a recessed spot between the house, deck, garage, and screen porch. His work is extremely professional and speedy and it's a pleasure to work with him. I've recommended him to my next door neighbors and he's since replaced their AC too. 5 stars all the way!
