Frank asked a lot of questions about what we wanted and even offered suggestions when asked. He provided an itemized proposal that was priced similar to the others I received. (Not the cheapest nor the most expensive) However, Frank is very personable and could be flexible to accommodate our timelines, so we went with him. He has been great to work with on our project. I will definitely use him again and I confidently recommend him for his work.
