Scott's Appliance Repair Service

Scott was responsive (immediately to my call) The week of Thanksgiving when ovens are the biggest necessity to a successful holiday. He worked to troubleshoot the issue over the phone first and had and idea of exactly what was wrong before arrival. He and his team are incredible at customer service.

Could not have been better. The problems were diagnosed properly and quickly, and a new bake igniter was installed in the range, the water lines in the fridge were fixed and a new filter was installed, and the ice maker was replaced.

I called Scott's Appliance repair. They came the next day and examined the washer. The axle the drum spins on broke. Scott said it would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. I appreciated his honesty and quick response.

Scott came to fix it within an hr of phoning him. It was repaired quickly. He made some recommendations for cleaning out the vent. We would definitely use him again.

Because of his advice I was able to repair the fridge myself!! :-) I will absolutely use him if I ever need a repair of another large appliance. A real professional.

Scott arrived on time. Friendly and cordial. He went to work immediately on the dishwasher which was not cleaning properly. He diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts with him, and repaired our machine. He also replaced two rack adjusters with new parts that he carries in his vehicle. We then ran a test load of dishes (while Scott moved on to our clothes dryer). All seems great with the dishwasher. Scott remove the drum from the dryer and discovered, as he had diagnosed, that the bearing was shot. While he repaired this, we also removed a lot of lint from the inside of the dryer. Scott provided a great suggestion on a tool to clean our dryer vent. All seems well with our 13 year old dryer. There is a 30 day labor guarantee on all of Scott's work plus a 1 year guarantee on all parts. I would absolutely call Scott again if we had future issues with any of our appliances.

Excellent, Scott came soon after our call when our refrigerator wasn't running. The refrigerator started running and he gave us the option of waiting to see if it continued to work or to be pro-active and have him replace the board. We opted to have it replaced. He ordered the part and was back two days later to replace it.
