Outstanding work. Jon and his crew spent almost 2 weeks removing a damaged and old slate roof, replacing it with flashing, ice shield and new 50 year shingles. Also replaced rubber roofing in 2 sections. Jon was present during the entire job and it went without a hitch. The level of detail was excellent and they always cleaned up after themselves. This is the second roof they have done for us, and it was a good experience both times.

He was very professional, and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was also very punctual.

Jim Rogers at Premier Roofing took care of re-roofing our 1870s house in JP a couple of years ago and we couldn't have been happier with the service. Jim and his crew did a great job, very quickly, and left without a trace. Jim is very personable and a pleasure to work with. But I want to report not just on the original job, but on customer service well beyond our expectations. Recently during a storm we had some leakage into our living room. Jim came to the house on very short notice, identified the problem and agreed to follow up to repair it. We know small jobs like this are a money-loser for companies so we appreciated very much his responsiveness. And we almost fell over when he said he wasn't going to charge us for applying the sealant, especially since the problem wasn't really related to the roof itself. When do you get service like this these days. We would never use anyone else and we can't recommend Premier highly enough.
