He was hired to perform simple jobs that could have been completed within a week. He was hired in October and I gave him until December to complete them. In February it was still not finished and he was always full of excuses blaming the delays on vendors with the blame game. Eventually I wrote a letter to cancel his contract with a statement that "he failed to meet contract requirements in a timely fashion", "failed to plan and order appropriate parts for the job", "failed to perform work according to the job requirements". With multiple calls, missing in action, order the wrong door 3 times and on and on this was a bad experience. He was constantly looking for advances in pay then stated he was unable to find the supplies needed. Buyer beware. Do not hire this contractor.
Description of Work: I hired him to do construction work for me including doors, replace rotted wood, painting, fixing a leak and a misc of general other services. Nothing complex. He was working on needs for my business location.
