However, they have made some excellent suggestions about what type of equipment might meet my needs, for several different issues. I found their staff knowledgeable and helpful.

+ -1 moreIt went well. They explained the process they would do. When they found the problem, they called and gave me some options on what I could do and priced it out so I could compare the prices versus what I would get back for the computer. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Micro Seconds because our desktop computer crashed and wasn't working properly. They diagnosed the problem and reinitialized the hard drive and recovered the data that was on there. They reset the system for us.
