I cannot say enough about Keep It Kleen. Jay does an awesome job and his prices are very reasonable. We have used his services twice now and have been extremely satisfied both times. Highly recommended!

Most people are in and out, but he spent an amazing amount of time with my rug. The rug looks like brand new!

We asked for him to come quote the scope of work. When he arrived he thought there was a competitor giving a quote (it was the tenant) then turned around and stormed out the door (much like a child) then proceeded to call our office with an unprofessional harsh tone to decline the work. I tried to call back to let him know of the misunderstanding and he proceeded to yell, talk over and not listen to the situation. This is the most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with in property management.

Don't remember the date. Sometime before Christmas.

I called Jay on a Friday and he was able to give us an appt on Monday am. He was very nice on the phone and explained everything in detail...price, service, how long it would take etc. He showed up when he said he would (extra points for that as I cannot stand when you make an appt for someone to come into your home and they are late) and was finished within 30 minutes. We are very impressed with how well it came out...our carpet looks brand new considering it had significant staining from our 5 yr old and our cat. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for carpet cleaning and use him again in the future.

The floors turned out great. He did a nice job and cleaned the carpets relatively quick. Everything was fine.

Jay returned my call almost immediately. He sounded and acted professional and was flexible. My carpets were in pretty mediocre shape (pet stains, a couple drink stains, etc.) and I needed them cleaned quick before meeting with the landlord for a walk through before moving out. He cleaned my carpets the next morning @ 10 am. I have 3 flights of stairs in a large condo and I thought the $300 was reasonable. The carpets now honestly look better than when I moved in. I would have no problem recommendin Keepitkleen in the future thanks!

The entire experience with Jay was great.

Jay arrived at the time agreed. He looked over the areas and items to be cleaned. I had originally wanted a chair sofa cleaned as well but when he looked at the sofa he said it was a dry cleanable fabric and he wouldn't be able to clean it. The chair was okay. When I checked my records on the purchase of the sofa, it did indicate it was a dry clean fabric so I appreciated his skill and the fact that he did not try and do something just to take my money. Once he looked over everything, he got to work cleaning. The carpets hadn't been done in a while and were very soiled. He did an excellent job of cleaning them and working to remove some old set in stains. The carpets are now back to their original color. Woohoo! He then cleaned the chair that was on the list of items. He has a white background and looks great now that it is clean. He spotted I had cats and inquired if they were outdoor cats. Because they are not I appreciated him letting me know the door would be open and giving me a few minutes to cat herd them into an area that was not being cleaned. Jay was very forthright and professional. When he arrived, we reviewed the quote he had provided, looked at the work and did an excellent job. The quote he provided was accurate and there were no unpleasant surprises. I will be hiring to clean my carpets again in the future.

Looked up the company an Angie's List. Called them, called them again. No replies in 2 weeks:(

He was professional even when calling to say we were bumped due to emergency water damage too far away to see both of us in the same day. He was able to come around the second time we scheduled, and did a really nice job on everything. Our staircase was completely spilled on, and he took it all up. The stone floor is not sealed, and he recommended against doing that, he also said we didn't want to do the full steam and harsher mechanical treatment because we would start crumbling and destroying the tile material. We had some coffee stains that showed up a few days after he left, on the stairs. I called and he explained about pH stains which sometimes come back, which made sense. He stopped by again and sprayed the area with vinegar, at least that what is smells like!, and left the spray bottle for us. We have one stubborn spot that came back a third time, it's been treated again and is gone. We definitely recommend Jay, and will use him again I'm sure. Unless we replace that carpet with a darker color!

Keepitclean was able to remove the stains and the rugs look great.

They spent about 8 hours cleaning and did it after work hours. They communicated very well, arrived on time, and were very professional. Everyone was polite, well mannered, and well dressed. We called 3 vendors, and their's was the best price and quality.
