Lack of English language skills presented communication difficulties. Junior walked off the job due to a $200. Billing discrepancy and performed no work.

Junior did a deck repair for me. He was extremely responsive and quite professional. He was quick to offer options and recommendations to repair the deck, but didnâ t push to do what he wanted, he was very willing to do exactly what I wanted. He did the job in 1 and 1/2 days, even working on a Sunday which I told him he did have to but he was very willing to do. His work was excellent and he was very easily to work with. I was recommend him to anyone wanting to do light to medium carpentry work.

We hired Junior to replace a small porch and also a split rail fence. He got the job done very quickly and with great workmanship. The fence is located in a very tight area bordering a difficult neighbor. Junior ensured that the fence was within the property line and avoided creating a dispute.

Junior did good work for a reasonable price. I'm very impressed with the turnaround time from quote to finished project. Honestly, it happened way faster than I expected. There are a few small work details that I would have changed, but I'm overall very happy with the work. The deck feels sturdy, and looks good. It matches the pre-existing deck which was a requirement. It's great to have a deck to enjoy for the summer.

Junior was a great contractor for this project. It was a complex rebuild of my large multi-level rear deck. He prepared well and was here every day until the deck was completed. When he ran into an issue he had the ability to pause, figure out the next step and proceed. I'm completely satisfied with the results. He exceeded my expectations and I would definitely call him for my next project.
