This is not the first time I have used Garabedian Landscaping and Lawn Service. I have used them several times. Always punctual, serviced performed on time and in a timely manner. Price was very compariatable to other services in this area.

After last year's brutal summer, the lawn was a wreck. Parts that survived at all had large bare areas; other areas were just dead. George and his brother de-thatched the whole lawn, brought in loam for the dead and bare areas, and then hydroseeded/overseeded the whole thing with a special mix of seed and fertilizer. I followed their maintenance instructions carefully, and the project was a big success. They even came back a week later, then 2 weeks after that, just to check on the progress! At all times George and Greg were professional, courteous, careful, and knowledgeable. They did exactly what they said they would do, and for exactly the price they said. And it worked. Highly recommended.
