Cabot

When I called to explain the problem I was experiencing the with stain (blistering and peeling on boards that come into contact with the sun), I was told it was not a problem with their stain that it must have been applied incorrectly. I explained to them that we followed their directions, but they never took responsibility or offered a solution. I was sent a questionnaire to fill out. Nothing resulted from this, so I called back and was told they had no record of my call or questionnaire. I instructed to fill out another one, which I never received. They later called me back to ask if I was happy with the resolution, so I explained that I never received the second questionnaire and nothing has been resolved. I was told they'd mail me another questionnaire. One customer service representative, Carol O'Brien, accused me of not liking the color of the stain and wanting Cabot to pay to have the deck re-stained. She was extremely rude. I was told by customer service that I was the only one to complain about the product, which is hard to believe.
