Description of Work: Tightened stairs from first floor to second floor by screws and gluing. Had to remove and replace sheetrock. It went well. We left on a vacation adn he did the job while we were away, with good results.

Description of Work: He replaced some wood that was rotted around the front door. In the past, he has done some roofing, worked in our bathroom, built a small attic in our garage, and installed new windows in the house. He has also replaced rotten clapboards in the siding of the house.
