They were on time and professional.

We hired John Faucher of TLC TREE AND CRANE SERVICE to come in to cut some limbs so the well company could come in with the drill to drill for water. I called in the evening and he was here the following day. The limbs were over a shed. John and his crew did an amazing job. Not a splinter of wood was left behind. When the well company completed their job I called John & they were here the following day to bury the water line. At an other time we had some wind damage of a huge pine tree. I gave John a call and he & his crew was here when he said he would be. Once again he left without a branch left behind. I highly recommend John Faucher of TLC.TREE AND CRANE SERVICE. They do an amazing job at a very decent price.

I needed a tree taken down on an emergency basis, and TLC showed up the next day without delay. Navigating tough terrain on a lake, a dead 90 foot Pine was split and about to fall on our house or dock, but TLC was able to utilize their technical expertise to drop the tree safely without causing any damage to any structures or property. I asked 5 other tree companies for an estimate, but all said it was too dangerous of a job, as their cranes could not access the area. Thankful for John Faucher and his crew. Very professional, great price, and an overall wonderful guy, thanks John!

I hired TLC tree and crane service, they removed two trees for me and removed the stumps, they came when they said they would, they did an excellent job, they were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and the owner John Faucher is an arborist, he knew all about the condition of my trees, I definitely would hire them again, and I give them a 15. They did not leave the site as complete as expected. They left roots exposed. They di not have enough loam. Seeding was inferior.

I hired them for 2 days of tree trimming. They showed up late the first day. They did finish the initial job. The owner told me that he owed me 4 more hours of work and that he would be back later in the week to trim and cut some additional trees and mulch some for spreading around a smaller pine tree near the house. He asked that I pay him for the full 2 days, given his statement that he would return. I reluctantly agreed to pay him the full amount, giving him the benefit of the doubt --I even provided a quality tip to his workers. A storm came up that week that pulled him off to other emergency work, which I understand. However, since then, I have tried to leave vmail on his phone (mailbox full) and left a message with his phone service to call me back. I also texted him a couple of times and was told that **I am on the schedule** I am still waiting, 6 months later. Last time I take someone at their word. My rating would have been much higher had he done what he said he was going to do, when he said was going to do it.

Received a fair price in early May, but they never showed up to do the work. After a number of emails and tel. calls, I cancelled the work at the end of July.

I want to let everyone know that TLC provided outstanding service. A 85' tree took a lighting strike in our yard. We called a company that all of our neighbors use and was strung out for 2 days getting no response. We then called TLC. John came the same day, gave an estimate on that tree plus 2 others. He said he would be back the next day to make the tree safe and called that day to tell me the time he would be there. The third day John was there with his crew and took down all the trees. All these trees were in difficult spaces and when he left the job site everything, and a do mean everything, was cleaned up. Without hesitation we would recommend TLC.

John is excellent and very knowledgeable. He is most easy to work with and goes the extra mile. Or maybe an extra 10 miles! I can't recommend him enough. He is still on the job but his results have been more than expected.

I had an emergency situation at my second home several hours away from my primary residence. I knew nothing about TLC, however John met me within 15 minutes of my arrival at the house and had everything fixed up in several days.

John and his crew did a remarkable job on some very large pine trees in a limited space to work. Great job!
