Mark placed sand and tree stumps under the foundation. The foundation froze last winter causing floor to heave up which pushed lally columns up to the third floor through the roof. He also placed our water line only 2 1/2 feet down using a sprinkler system pipe (this would have froze if we didn't dig it up in time). Mark also charged another customer to remove the contents of his leach field which Mark brought to our house and used for fill (which stunk pretty bad for a long time). We had to have the house jacked up, the foundation jackhammered, remove all the concrete, dig out sand and tree stumps, and have the foundation floor repoured. We also had to have the water line reinstalled 5 feet down. All this work had to be paid for all over again to someone else. Mark promised to fix everything but never showed up or returned our phone calls. He does not have the excavation experience -- he has no clue what he is doing. WATCH OUT AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
