The office coordinator called right away and scheduled the initial estimate and electric work. Other independent electricians either played phone tag or never called back.

Dennis and his Crew were outstanding, we were up against a very tight schedule, they did not complain once and got the job completed with no issues.

Mr. Electric is a good company to do business with, they are pleasant and courteous, very skilled in what they're doing, and quick. Margaret set up the appointment within hours of my first phone contact, and Mike did a great job, and I learned a lot from him.

I was told to expect Mike at 9 and he was there on the dot! He quickly figured out what was wrong with my kitchen outlets and didn't make me stupid (can you say gfi outlet?). The he got to work on my hall light. It turns out I need a new fixture. He gave me some advice about what to look for and then installed a temp light so I don't have to use my flashlight app to go upstairs after dark. He was polite, genial, and wore booties to keep my floors clean. I am looking forward to having Mike back to install not only my hall light but also a thermostat and chandelier.

Would definitely use again! The setting up of the appt was great, they called the night before to confirm which I always appreciate, and the gentleman that came to our house was very nice and cleaned up well. He told us after he figured out what the issue was what the cost would be, and then he had to call a colleague to help him re-place our granite light post and he was here all day and the cost did not change! We were very happy. Oh, and after they re-burried the electric wires outside, they watered our grass to make sure it would grow back okay! How adorable is that? Thanks Mr. Electric!

Hey.. electricians are expensive, but when you need the expertise they are worth it. Very quick service. Affable electrician who understood my problems and worked to get things just how I wanted them.

I received a call within 15 minutes after requesting contact. They had someone at my house the very next day. Troy (the electrician) was so nice, considerate, professional, and neat. It was supposed to be an easy job, but turned into a 3-4 hours and he didn't even mind - he said he would stay until the job was done; and he did. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Electric and I will definitely request Troy for any future electrical jobs that I need done.

I called on Monday morning, and within 15 minutes i received a return call stating the electrician would arrive within the hour. And he did! I was also impressed with his assessment of the problem, and the simple solution he proposed. We would use this service again.

Mike responded to my home and was able to find my electrical problem and correct it. I also had him correct several other issues in my home. I felt the prices were a bit steep for the materials needed, but Mike was awesome. Very professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. Would definitely use this company again.

These guys are awesome (Mark is the person who attended our work), right on time and finished the expected work early and very professional work. I can recomment these guys with my eyes closed.
