Power went off during recent snowstorm. had unitil come out and determined that it will require an electrician. no electricity/heat and I work out of my home. Received a return call within 2 minutes. Dennis Burke was on site within one hour. Excellent customer service. Fast and responsive. Very knowledgable. I highly recommend Mr. Burke .
