+ -1 moreThe team arrived on time and layed down protection on my floors since they had to access the attic through a bedroom. They worked all day until 7pm to make sure everything was done. They even went back into the attic to check a light connection for us after we discovered it wasn't working. They vacuumed up their mess once they were done. The entire team was polite and more than happy to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Description of Work: Ínsulate the att8ce. It was at R20. They brought it up to R60. YTI also vented a couple of bathroom vents, capped all my recessed lights and insulated a couple of walls in the attic.

+ 0 moreYTI performed the audit and found some areas for improvements. YTI installed the improvements (insulation and LED bulbs). Then YTI came back to reinspect and make sure the job was done right. The electric company paid for 50% of the costs of the upgrade and TYI handled recouping cost from the electric co. The cost of service should pay for itself in 2-4 years.
Description of Work: Because our house qualified as being not energy efficient already, YTI did an energy audit for $100. The $100 was then applied to the cost of the recommended upgrades.
