Description of Work: Had 3 trees removed. Very reasonable price. Quality was good. They cleaned up the place nicely. Only negative once I agreed to the work it took them a couple months to get the equipment freed up to do the work. I was in no rush so it wasn't an issue. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Cut back trees fifteen feet up around the house to get branches off the roof. It went very well. They did what was asked and did an excellent job cleaning up. They also cleaned up a wooded area near the property where there were some fallen tree limbs and branches. All the debris was chipped and taken away. We plan to use them again in the future. We got the name from your list and are pleased that we did.

The trees they removed and pruned made a world of difference and my property looks great. I never thought it would be that much of an improvement...but it is! Highly recommended and yes...they will be back to help me with my lawn. Highly recommended!

They were on the top of their game. They came the day they said they would and at the exact time. They did outstanding work for very good prices. They exceeded my expectations.

They were terrible, they threw logs into our neighbors yard, and my son and I had to go and get the logs out before our neighbor came home.

Just Fine, and I would recommend Urban Tree to friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: I had requested a pruning and shaping of the white pine trees planted in 1999 as screen planting (we live on a busy road). Also a large fir tree needed shaping. Andy Knight came and gave me the written estimate and we agreed on a date. The crew arrived on time this morning and completed the job, cleaning up and asking me if I was pleased - I was.

These guys helped me out of an irresponsible jam. I was cutting a tree down and it started going the opposite way that I intended and pinched my saw and was leaning towards my house. I called Urban Tree Service. They were very quick to get an estimator out here who wasn't real specific as to a price because I figured it depends on how long it takes and how much has to go into it. He said a couple hundred bucks. I should have dug more. I mentioned to the estimator about some potential tree work in the future and if he could give me an estimate on that also when he can. The crew came out same day on time of when scheduled, took 15 minutes to shoot a rope up and pull the tree down. And then they left. The crew was very personable and knew what they were doing. They had just finished a big job and after helping me out were done for the day. I then got a bill for $200. Yes that is what he said, 'a couple of hundred', but I guess I got my hopes up that is only took 15 minutes and so on. I would have liked to have seen a good faith charge in hopes of doing future business together, but instead they sucked the blood out of this idiot. Oh well, I will do it differently next time in a few ways. Sincerely, Livin and Learnin

They cut it down into chunks for firewood. They were very personable and very prompt. The person who came to give the estimate told me exactly what needed to be done. He told me when the people will be arriving and they were there within half an hour. They did the work very carefully. We had power lines where the tree was. They were excellent.

The tree removal went great, it took a while to get the stump crew out here. We also asked for a quote on poison ivy removal which we are in the process of having done now. They are always good ablout answering any questions and providing options.
Description of Work: We had a number of trees overhanging our roof and driveway. Called Urban tree services for an estimate. They were super nice and very knowledgeable. They gave us a number of options. We chose to have all of the trees removed and the stumps ground out.

They gave us a quote and after we accepted, we scheduled a time for them to come out and do the job. Within one day, they cut everything down and then a week later, they came back to grind the stumps. They did wonderful job and I will call on them again for future jobs.
