Costas was wonderful to work with. Couple of issues to discuss with Costas after review. a switch and an outlet got broken when drywall was hung. Some other outlets were not filled enough for switchplate to cover.

This company was on time, worked later and even cleaned out the gutters for us. This is a superb company to work with, and we were exceptionally please with everything they provide.

My experience with True North and Costas began when I wanted a quote for replacing my shingle roof. Costas has good communication and organizational skills as well as being a knowledgeable craftsman who takes pride in his work. My roof is now finished and the men did a beautiful job. I was so happy with the way the shingle job was going, that I now am having True North paint the exterior of the house. Everyone is respectful, honest, on-time, very professional and hardworking . I would highly recommend True North to you if you are looking for skilled people who can handle all phases of the business.

Contacted me by email as soon as he knew I had a project. Showed up on my site within a couple hours of our phone conversation. Went to work immediately and solved the problem on his first trip. While I had a small job I will keep this company in mind for big jobs also, both for my house and by referring him to others.

This was a very small roof repair project but needed to be attended to promptly. Costas appeared knowledgeable; was able to schedule the work within a few days and called the day before to let me know when he would be arriving. He was pleasant, worked efficiently, and seemed to care about the quality of his work. I will certainly consider hiring him for the next on my list of necessary projects.
