 + 5 moreThe work was done efficiently with demolition, antimold treatment, insulation, drywall installation done in 4 days. Excellent clean up every day after work done. Contractor and crew were punctual in the morning, telephoned on way over, and worked without a lot of breaks. Were willing to work around my schedule. Very helpful with explanations and material selections. Paint and trim work were excellent. Have already begun next project, renovating bathroom. Very fair and competitive pricing.
Description of Work: Repaired a stairway wall where ice dams had caused leak thru window framing, new drywall, antimold treatment, new insulation, paint, and trimwork

I should have know; contractor rented the equipment , meaning he is not really in that type of business. Floors needed to be sanded a second time, better; but, way away from a and quot;good joband quot;.
