HouseMaster Home Inspection

The gentleman who performed the inspection was very knowledgeable, gave us tidbits on things to address, and got the report to us THAT night. I've never heard of that before.

Our inspector was incredibly thorough, explaining the house along the way so that we understood what we were purchasing.

Daryl is amazing! I mean, seriously- this guy really went above and beyond all our expectations. We were buying a home that was in foreclosure, and there were several concerns. We walked through everything with Daryl and our contractor (who happened to be available at the same time) and it was so extremely helpful. This was also our first time to have a home with oil heat and several of the other features (woodstove, radiant heat, etc) and Daryl explained things to us, showed us how to operate things, explained concerns, helped us understand the repairs that were needed, etc. He even helped us with referrals in the local area (we were completely new to the state). And, even after the inspection, there was a small task that needed to be done and we were out of state- so Daryl drove out of his way, over to our house, and took care of it. Who does that?!? So, so nice! I honestly can not recommend him more highly! We've told everyone we can about him.
