He was even very friendly when I was asking him for specific ingredients of solutions he uses as well as safety data sheets of his products. He did a very thorough job of my home which my air quality and mold inspector (before Don started) called a "fungal jungle". I had it retested after Don left and the mold readings were almost zero. Don kindly came back for a follow up to touch up a few spots, helped us over text identifying some other potential problem spots and gave us a great recommendation for a humidity monitor. He's a very hard worker and the peace of mind of having a healthy home was well worth it."
