Granite State Glass - Rochester

My house was built in 1960. They removed the original windows from concrete foundation and installed new 33X14 1/2 windows. This was a difficult and fairly messy task but the entire job was completed in one day. The windows look great and they clean up all the related debris. Very professional!

Granite State Glass came to my home and replaced the window right on our driveway. They were excellent, they vacuumed all the broken glass out and they were right on time. I am very pleased with their service.

It was wonderful from start to finish. I spoke to them on Sat 2/20 and they booked us in for Mon 2/22 since they are closed on Sunday. We were able to drop the car off before they opened and put the key in a drop box. They called that afternoon, as promised, to let us know it was done. The phone quote was $180 the end bill was $180. They even cleaned the car (wiped the dashboard and vacuumed the carpets). I did call them the next day b/c the windshield was squeaking and making funny noises. They explained that it's normal and may happen for a few days as the adhesive cures. They also warranty their work. In fact, the only suggestion I would make to them (and I did) is that they have a written version of the warranty. They do not currently have it in writing anywhere I suggested putting it somewhere on the invoice. Great experience... for having a windshield replaced. :)
