Dependable Pest Solutions is prompt and on time for every scheduled service. They send reminders to me when they are going to be doing their 90 day check ups ahead of time. They make it easy with sending the report via email and providing me with information regarding what was noticed since the last check-up. I highly recommend this company for any pest need!

As of the moment, a good number of dead mice have been found around the properties. They continue to monitor the problem. Mouse traffic usually increases as the weather gets colder and they look for warm quartrs for the winter.

Dependable responded to my phone message the same day, and two men came to the house the next morning. They were both friendly, courteous and professional. They assessed the situation and applied treatment that morning, and we have had a full summer's use of the outdoor living space without need for further treatment. The cost was a little higher than I expected, but still quite reasonable, and worth every penny.

The technician arrived on time and was friendly & professional. He did a cursory check for the ant nest, including in the cellar, but it was not found. He applied the pesticide around the foundation of the house & adjacent garage. I noticed no ants (never had seen but 1-3 ants /day inside the house) starting Friday, the day after it was sprayed. It just so happened that on Saturday while I was out of the house all day until midnight, I came home to find that my water heater failed & dumped its tank of water. (So I mopped it up that night in the house & the next day, contacted a plumber to install a new one, & I also hired the plumber's adult son to dry out my cellar & remove some wet insulation under the floor & above the ceiling of the cellar.) I asked the man working on the cellar to keep an eye out for the carpenter ant nest and he found it one day and more of it the next day. (This was all within a few days of the initial spray, which was only 4 days after having the ants identified as carpenter ants.) The pesticide had obviously been working, as about half were dead and half were still wiggling, well before the 30 days. I called the company back and spoke with the owner, Debbie, and told her about finding the nest and asked that a technician come back out and spray the area of the nest inside the cellar. She explained how their initial spray would have taken care of the nest, but scheduled the technician to come back out promptly, within a day or two of my call, which was 5 days after the initial spray... Unfortunately, the ants had already damaged parts of the wood and floor (no telling how long they had been there), which is no criticism of the company. I didn't want to risk any more damage. The man I had working in the cellar cleaned out the nest, except that we left some of it for the technician to see. And the same technician arrived on time and again was professional and friendly and sprayed the area of the nest in the cellar. There was a "sale" going on in which a second spray in October and a year's guarantee could be included for the same price as the initial treatment, so I took advantage of that, which included a 10% discount listed on their website. I plan to continue with their plan of two exterior treatments per year with a guarantee.

They were extremely helpful, and offered many suggestions for treatment and prevention. They were very competent and professional. I had a great experience with this company, and would definitely use them in the future!

They said I would hear about identification of specimens found and follow up and they never contacted me again. The cause of the treatment reappeared within 2 months though the intensity was much less.

Prompt, polite, efficient, arrived ready to do the work, and I felt reassured that my ant problem was finally going to be a thing of the past.

I am unhappy that that the deal I purchased was $169.00 for this service, but the company charged me an additional $70.00 to do this work.

It went well. They came right out and I no issues with the service.

They showed up on time and were very knowledgeable & efficient. Located the nest, sprayed & explained what to expect over the following few days and to call them if we saw activity with the bees after 48hrs. We did not have to call them as the treatment appears to have been successful. We'd recommend using Dependable again!

We had several wasp and bee's around our house and they came and removed all the nest. They also treated the whole parameter with a spray chemical that has prevented anything from coming back. It has been over a week and we have not seen any return. Debby was very helpful and quick to fit us in. Travis was very thorough and attentive to our needs. I will recommend them to anyone needing their service and will have them back out next spring to do a preventive spray.

They were on time, professional and got rid of the nest.

I had a lot of problems of hornets and wasps around my house and had tried last year to treat the problem myself without much luck and we even had problems with them getting in the house. I called on the morning the May 6th and was able to schedule an appointment for the afternoon. They were at my house on time and were able to spray the house that afternoon. They were courteous and professional and they also sprayed our shed at no extra cost. It has been a month since the treatment and I have not had any problems with hornets or wasps.

She put up some traps to see what critter it was. They came and sealed up some holes in the roof. They were professional every time and they were good in answering questions. They gave us a 1 year guarantee and so far we haven't had any problems.

Should be called "Not Very Dependable Pest Solutions". She scheduled a home inspection on Friday June 8th at 4pm. I left work early to be back home for 4pm and no one ever showed up. Emailed her again come Monday morning and she messed up what Friday it was... even though her email listed June 8th. She apologized for messing up and we scheduled another visit for Friday June 15th at 4pm. Left work early again to race home to meet someone from Dependable Pest Solutions... and... guess what... NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.

She's good with bugs. She cares and she shows up. She was very fair. She came up for two visits.
