Burke's Tree Service

I contacted them in April and agreed on an estimate at beginning of May. At the beginning of July I contacted them to ask when the work would be done and was assured it would be done by the 9th of July. On the 9th nothing had been started and I cancelled the contract. I will have to find someone else or do it myself. Frustrating.

Everything, once the job started, went very well. The workmen were professional and courteous. I contracted the service in March but the work was not completed until May, after several phone calls. I was told that the job was "small" and, therefore, I assume, not on the top of the list.

Burkes tree service on numerous times has removed many trees from my yard. Some storm damage, some prevention, and some in order to get more sun and light into the yard. It is an extremely tight place to work. Each time they did a great job, were cautious of their surroundings and picked up the mess after. Very professional team. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness to my call for an estimate. He arrived right when he said he would and answered all my questions. The price was excellent, half of the other estimates I received. The only issue was how long it took them to come and do the job. I understand weather concerns and emergency issues. I had to call twice to ask when they were coming. And then, when they did come I did not get a phone call alerting me to the date and time. The services were performed exactly as quoted, and they did a nice job cleaning up. I was not happy with the stump that was left and contracted for a grinder. No problem, except again, no phone alerting me to when they were coming. Overall a professional crew did exactly what was contracted. I would recommend and use them again.

Estimate was made by the owner of the company. Very pleasant and professional. On the day of the job, a crew chief and 5 workers (if I recall correctly) arrived and did an amazing job. Again, very professional and cheerful. Great job in cleaning up the area before departing. When I received the invoice, the invoice did not indicate the cost of the additional tree removed. I paid the invoice in full and added a note asking for another invoice for the additional tree. I received a phone call from the company in 2 days stating that the office is not charging me extra fee. :) I highly recommend this company.

The crew of about seven men arrived at the time they said they would. 100' crane, log truck, chipper and trucks to haul away wood chips. It took them just over one day to do the complete removal. They worked as a great team and very safely. At the completion of the job they even blew and cleaned up all of the sawdust and chips from my entire yard. At this point it is impossible to tell they were even here other then the missing trees. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Just what I wanted, and could not do myself! The crew was efficient and concerned about adjacent plantings, They cleaned up beautifully, and the area is now perfect for a new planting.

They did a great job on the tree removal. You would never know they were here and the tree is gone. Nice guy and flawless work.

The best service you could get the people were THE best. They took down A 90 foot pine tree in under an hour and left no trace that they were even here.

The crew came to our home Monday morning and told me that it would Take about an hour to remove a 90 foot tall pine tree the crew set up to remove the tree and took it down when the crew was done you could not even tell they were even here they cleaned my yard of all debries cleaned the street of all the saw debries the only thing left was a happey home owner.

They were excellent, prompt, good team work, was done in a timely manner and cleaned up everything.

They are on time, have a good work ethic, are reasonably priced, and the team works as a team.

They are very dependable, they are right there when I call them, and when I call them there is always someone there to talk to me. The do a great job, their employees are very personable, and they are very dependable.

Burke's tree service is very professional. I called them to set up an appointment for an estimate, and got the recommendation of doing one-day job for $3400. Tthey showed up on time, with nice equipment, 6-7 people, worked from 8 to 3:30 with a small lunch break. And they took 20+ trees from my very woody lot, some of them lifted over the house. Overall it was very smooth. Later on they grinded a few stumps for an additional few hundred $s. Overall, excellent job.
