I manage University Downtown, an upscale off-campus student housing community in Durham NH. I have hired Alex and crew for the last 3 years at turnover. Since it is a very short intense period when 34 apartments must be painted in 10 days, I must hire 3-4 paint crews to complete it in time. Blue Harbor is always the most reliable crew and does the highest quality job. They are also the neatest and most respectful of our property. Other crews are usually sloppy, leaving paint splatters everywhere and leaving cups, food wrappers and debris behind. Not Blue Harbor. Alex is extremely professional and attentive to our needs and requests. Excellent communication as well, which is rare nowadays. I only wish I could clone him and have him paint all the apartments. I have also recommended him to my commercial tenants as a preferred vendor and they have been thrilled with him as well (which makes me look like a hero too. Bonus!) Highly recommend.
