sewing machine repair

My husband dropped off the sewing machine and the provider told him it would be approximately two weeks to complete the service due to their backlog, but they called within ten days to say it was all set. They also called 2-3 days after getting the machine to ask some questions about why I was using a particular thread to be sure they set the tension correctly. When I went to get the machine the person who assisted me was very knowledgeable about my particular machine and was terrific in listening to my questions and providing easily understandable explanations. I would definitely use them again and will include them as a potential seller if I decide to purchase a new sewing machine!
Description of Work: I have an old sewing machine that I hadn't used in over ten years. When I pulled it out to sew some curtains the thread got stuck and I was unable to remove it from the machine. I took it to this provider to fix the problem and to have it oiled and cleaned.
