I'm a member of the First Baptist Church of Rochester. We needed an upgrade from an 100amp service to 200amp service along with some new circuts run. I got 4 quotes from different electricans. Al came in with a very resonable bid and explained as he worked through his bid what he was going to do. I could tell he cared about his work and how it would would better the church. He came in when he said, did what was quoted along with a couple of extras we threw in, and done on time. The church is over 150 years old with old construction and hidden areas. Everything he did was neat and workman like. Clean runs and proffessional. we will use him again as we upgrade our saftey lights and any other electrical needs.

Al fixed our problem for $105 ( instead of $1850 quoted by another electrician). Al did such a great job, fixed all our problems and while he had the box open found two things he thought were not to code and fixed those too. He did all of this for $105 (plus the tip I added because I was sooooooo happy). Details on the other electrician (for comparison purposes): Earlier that same day another Angie's list electrician had quoted me $1600 to do the repair (replace the electrical box) PLUS the two hour minimum charge to diagnose the issue $250.00. This first electrician only took 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and when I told him I wanted to use up the remaining 90 minutes with some small switch repairs and to confer with my husband he decided he would rather leave and collect nothing. I am really grateful that the first electrician did not collect the $250.00. What a waste that would have been. But back to Al. In about the same amount of time Al Nadeau not only diagnosed the problem - he FIXED it. I could not be more pleased. We will never call another electrician.
