Description of Work: Steve Fleming and his team have done numerous projects for me going back 2 years. This has included turning over and renovating apartments that I rent, and more importantly he did an RRP lead paint renovation for my entire 4 unit building in Manchester, NH. This included window sill replacement, door replacement, window frame replacement, built in replacement, stairs replacement and on and on. Steve's Brother, Shane, also beautifully refinished all wood floors in a 1500 square foot apartment and did such a nice job on that apartment I was able to increase rent by $300 per month.
