+ 2 moreI just completed a five month renovation project on my "new" house that had not had any updates in decades. The ATA Construction team led by Calvin Muhonen were instrumental in making this challenging project a success. The skills of all the folks who worked here were of the highest level. Whether the task called for high-end carpentry work, demolishing of an old kitchen, installing a new one, bumping out walls or creating custom soffits, all were up to the challenge. I was impressed with the planning, insightful & creative input by Calvin; the execution, good humor and the excellent clean-up performed throughout the various projects was a pleasure to see As a single person (elder) I was most appreciative of having the kind of support and attention to detail. I recommend ATA Construction without reservation.
Description of Work: Worked with me on design for the kitchen, master bedroom, lower level office area - was here during every aspect of the work - made sure all the workers were here on time - lots of carpentry projects from small (placing transition boards on kitchen floor) to large (bumping out walls) - building a new set of outside steps from the deck. Versatility and excellence is his mantra.

They worked with me to look at various options, how much they cost, etc... and we agreed to a design/cost optimized design before signing a building contract. They were excellent to work with. During construction, they were efficient, worked well with both sub-contractors and town officials to get things completed under budget and early. Constructions started in February and I moved in in September.
