Scenic Nursery is a full service garden center and nursery, located beside the tranquil waters of the Lamprey River. We offer a peaceful, stress free shopping experience in our park-like atmosphere. Our vast selection of top quality, low maintenance trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals is rivaled by no one. We also carry a wide array of unusual and hard to find collector’s plants. We pride ourselves on being on the cutting edge of everything new and exciting happening in the green industry. We are members of the New England Nursery Association and the American Nursery and Landscape Association, and serve on the board of the New Hampshire Landscape Association and serve on the Certification Committee of the New Hampshire Plant Growers’ Association. Description of Work: After payment, got no response until I tracked down owner. He said he was too busy and should have removed his listing. He agreed to refund initial payment over 1 month ago, but I'm still waiting for refund?

The information about our response is inaccurate , We did try to respond as soon as possible to the client when we received the notice. Th system does not notify us but thru e-mail currently AND as we all know can get LOST in the junk folders , which is apparently what had happened . IWhen I found out that the customer was trying to contact us I responded immedietly . When we did contact him I mentioned our dilema of being extremeley busy and had just removed our advertising on Angies for a period . I offered a refund or to wait for us to have to get some of our overload behind us . He opted for the refund. I then e-mailed him the procedure for that refund as I found out what to do for that , he has to ask the refund through the ANGIES portal.

Description of Work: Placed request with Angie's list. Scenic nursery in Raymond NH stated he was overwhelmed with work and could not perform, he also stated he was withdrawing his requests thru Angie's List. Contacted me this past weekend and stated refund was to be made by Angie's List portal

As you can see by the response ON the Angie's list e-mail response service , we did respond to Georgene as soon as we were notified . I had already requested a removal of the coupon from Angies for a period BEFORE she asked for this service. I explained the business and that we were backlogged and would NOT be able to get to her soon . She was not happy and opted for the refund that I mentioned . I gave her the instructions for that on the e-mail portal through Angies. We have not done ANY work for her therefore how could she be dissatisfied with our performance ?

Description of Work: Glenn Caron called me back quickly and gave me instructions on how to re-seed my roadside lawn. This led me to investigate hydroseeding and hydromulching, which I believe will be a sufficient solution for my roadside lawn that gets sand from winter run-off.

it was fantastic. Glenn walked me through every single plant that we purchased and told me exactly where he thought it would go and repurposed our existing plants as well. We've received so many compliments on the work he did from both neighbors and family. We expected him to take a week or more to complete and the job was done in two days.
Description of Work: repurposed my existing plants and we purchased additional plants from their nursery to install and had the yard completely landscaped.

I thought they were very helpful and informative. They were knowledgeable, courteous and open to my input. I think their price was pretty reasonable. Everything survived except for one.

They removed some old shrubbery in front of house and replaced it with new plants, and they also put in new shrubs out back. They were terrific. Overall I'd give them an "A"! I would use them again without a doubt.
