RAYMOND SEPTIC TANK SVC

We had them pump out our tank a few years ago. Price was approximately 300. Now they are almost double that. I called to complain, and maybe get a discount of some sort. He basically laughed at me. When I told him i would take my business elsewhere He said " I look forward to your check in the mail" They are rude and un helpful. I do not recommend them, use someone else. At the time of this my parents are using another septic service. KENT, and they are half the cost i have to pay.

I had approximate location of tank. Service performed was locating the exact site of the cover. Once located, they worked hard trying to remove the cover which was being stubborn. Once the cover was removed and the cleaning began, I was advised of what and what should never to go into the septic. It was also educational regarding the reason for the sludge and was told that anyone who underwent chemo or radiation risked losing the bacterial component into the tank due to the reduced immune system. Both my husband and myself either had radiation or medication which compromised the immune system. After completion, the cover and soil was replaced. They also measured from the two corners of the house to the tank for ease of future cleanings.

I called Raymond Septic Tank Service to schedule a pump and cleaning and found them to be very accommodating with scheduling. I am new to a home with a septic tank and Rick was very patient, explaining each task that was done and the amount each task cost. This was the first pump and cleaning for my home and they were very approachable and easygoing when it came to answering my questions on septic tank maintenance and recommendations for the future. I was extremely pleased with the service they provided I will be scheduling with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of septic tank services.
