+ -1 moreMarilou Strickland wasmy buyer agent when I recently bought my first home. She helped find the house, referred me to the necessary inspection companies, researched the house's history, helped me decide my lowest and highest offer, and kept me calm through the process. I never knew there was such a thing as a "buyer agent" and that i should get someone to represent me. She is awesome
Description of Work: She helped me find the property, did research on the history of the house and its value, helped me with the offer, helped me select the inspection companies, attended the inspections, helped me through all the paperwork, coordinated my closing with the closing company and the bank, made sure the bank met its deadlines, and gave me great support during those doubting moments.
