The United Home Experts team was professional and fast, diagnosing and repairing our issue seamlessly. They diagnosed the issue with our roof and why it was leaking, provided us with a detailed inspection report and recommended actions and repaired the problem. The whole experience from booking to onsite to project completion was wonderful. Highly recommend.

This was a retrofit and some of the windows were too tight and some were too loose. The call to get that fixed was answered immediately and the Marvin windows have worked really well ever since. They've been working great for a couple of years now. I would definitely get Marvin windows again and would use United Home to install.

We would certainly recommend them. Mike was very informative and explained the process very well. We were very impressed. The men who removed and replaced our siding were polite and worked hard in cold weather. They kept our yard clean from the old siding and finished the job timely. The final paint job on the house was done really well. We gave our neighbor United's card for his siding. It looks great!

Allowed me to split up my project and give me a locked in price for two years to finish the rest! My windows are 100% guaranteed unlike other co.s w/ so called ltd guarantees! They did a beautiful job! I am very happy w/ the results and am excited to have the rest of the work done soon!

We were so satisfied with United's siding job that we later hired them to replace our roof. Both jobs turned out well and it was a pleasure doing business with them. A few minor issues that came up were promptly and efficiently remedied, even well after the job's initial completion. We would and have recommended United to others.

they worked around our schedule to complete project. One thing I appreciated was before they place the balance on my credit card they called to ensure we were satisfied.

salesperson was straightforward without trying to make a hard sale--quality of work was very good and project supervisor was available and responsive--the only thing I didn't like was a poor clean-up with many nails left on my deck and driveway below

Windows look great, installers did everything I asked for and were very professional. Price was reasonable and sales guy was not pushy at all.

United Home Experts is Great!

TERRIBLE! Fair warning..do not use this company. The salesman is good at selling but the company renegs on it's promises and uses subcontractors who are not only questionable in their abilities but also in keeping the contract. Arrived late, worked in the dark, couldn't see their mistakes. Used bits and pieces of materials so the house looks like an amateur did it. Didn't clean up at the end of the day. Destroyed a newly planted shrub in front and then tried to hide it by sticking it in the ground. Did not replace wood needed to attach soffet to, so it was juse hanging there. Did not follow SOP, windows, frame, siding etc etc....BEWARE!!

Overall I am very pleased with my windows - Magno did a wonderful job I would recommend them to friends, family I received several phone calls and e-mails to set up the initial consultation, after I signed on - no more calls, I needed to call them for updates. Also, was told I would have a project coordinator, (were even shown their pictures in the brochure) and that the install would take 1 day, 2 at the most I was surprised when 2 installers showed up on the first day, no project coordinator - on the 2nd day only 1 installer returned, which made him need a 3rd day to finish - I needed to juggle my schedule to have someone at my home

One of thee best contractors I ever had the pleasure to work with. Insurance repair from hail damage. Worked with insurance Co. to agree to fully reroof a roof that had been rerooed 3 years previously. Got insurance Co. to totally replace cedar shake siding with double lifetime insulated vinyl siding. Being disabled I'm so pleased that I now have a maintenance free exterior. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great.

The experience was excellent. Besides the unavoidable noise and disruption of removing the old shingles, residing and minor repairs, the process went very smoothly. The workers were skilled, hard working and reliable. The project managers were very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns rapidly. We love the way our house looks!
