What a pleasant experience my wife and I had today when our window washing appointment date arrived. Dan from Squee-G-Clean arrived punctually and from the first greeting to the very last detail, he was VERY courteous and friendly, and most of all, professional. We have a good number of windows and 2 sets of sliders in our home. We moved into Durham about 3 weeks ago and in our home (17 years old), we wondered if the windows had ever been washed. Every window had a white haze that obscured our view and looked like....well...they didn't look good! Dan got to work immediately and over the next several hours, performed his magic and when the work was done, we had beautifully cleaned windows, tracks and screens. What a difference! A few words about Dan; well, this is the kind of gentleman that is a pleasure to have performing a service in our home. He is very friendly, good natured and a genuine "nice guy". His work was excellent to the 10th degree and we couldn't be more pleased. He also took the extra time to point out a few potential trouble spots for us which we will have looked at as soon as possible. In short, they don't get any better than Dan at Squee-G-Clean. On a side note, when my wife and I first met him in our home for the estimate, my wife mentioned that our appointment date was on her birthday. Well, when Dan arrived to wash the windows, didn't he have a BIG Happy Birthday balloon for her. Who does THAT kind of thing any more?!?!?
