+ -1 moreTERRIBLE! Don't call these guys to unclog your drain. I called them to clear a clog in our main drain at a rental property. They said they snaked the drain 100ft and that the clog was further down (200-300ft). They also ran the camera to verify. I had another company come out and they showed be the clog at 30 ft and showed me where my main hits city sewer at 50ft. So these guys were snaking the city sewer well past the clog, but didn't clear the clog. They charged me almost $995 for nothing. Clearly didn't know what they were doing or were taking advantage of the situation to make a quick buck.

+ -1 moreFirst job went well. Tried to hire them a 2nd time and couldn't get a callback to schedule time to fix a slow draining tub. I called 3 times and the secretary said she would check with Joe and get back to me. That never happened. Too bad since they did such a good job the first time.
Description of Work: Joe did a great job the first time we had them come to do work at our house and replace a shower faucet and pipe that was leaking.

Description of Work: They redid the whole plumbing in a basement apartment for me. They did some digging through a concrete floor, replaced pumps and rebuilt the bathroom.
