After being with Jeff Mountjoy through 12 years of various real estate transactions, I trusted him to sell my home in Brentwood, NH. I consistently informed them of my needs and they were more concerned about addressing the buyers needs. I also asked for one thing, a specific closing date and did not receive that! My house basically sold itself and I was completely disheartened with the customer service I received. I would never return!!!

After many showing over several months we found our new home. Jeff returned all calls and emails within hours and was punctual on all appointments and showings. He is friendly, professional, and easy to get along with. I am working with him again on selling a home and all is going great. I have called or emailed Jeff mornings, evenings, and weekends and he always responds asap and is helpful. I will continue to use and refer him and his company.

Unable to get someone to respond to inquiries. It took a week for a reply and that response was to ask if I could wait another week. Unacceptable.
