She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident about the situation. I appreciate her working with me and if there was something on how to approach and improve the condition with the seller, she was willing to work with that and discuss to me how we can blend the approach and make it happen. I appreciate her willingness to consider things and her helpful responses. She gives me feedback about what changes will be useful to make it more effective and I really appreciate it.
