+ -1 moreDowling was not honest about how long it would take for the installation when we signed a contract with them. We finally got them to commit to an installation date and time after considerable effort. On the day of the appointment, they didn't show up as scheduled (after we had rearranged our schedule to meet them). When we called, they said their tech would come at noon instead of 8:00 a.m. When their tech was late at noon, we called and they said he was on his way. Forty minutes later he still hadn't shown up. When he finally arrived, Pat the installer seemed nice and competent. However, don't go with Dowling if you lead a busy life and can't afford to sit around waiting for them. On the quality of the installation, let's wait and see. We haven't used the new system yet.

Description of Work: Dowling, in conjunction with his brother's construction firm, installed the plumbing and heating in a major overhaul of our home.
