Description of Work: We had a recurring problem with our refrigerator. Bill was able to figure out what was wrong and suggest a cost-effective solution. He came out in a timely fashion and was great help. Thank you!

Description of Work: Bills subcontracted by Sears for delivery/installation of a new dishwasher. Person didn't show up x2. Office staff were rude and not responsive to getting someone else to come out. Would never independently this company nor buy an appliance from Sears again as they use subs like this. Order was cancelled.

+ -1 moreBad Experience. Made me want to repair it myself. Would NEVER use them again.
Description of Work: We had issues with our Bosch dishwasher. We needed a licensed repair service and Bill's was listed. They knew what was wrong prior to the first visit, but they did not come prepared. I had to wait longer because of this and thus made the holidays very difficult without a dishwasher. The repairman they sent was a great guy, it was the business and the office people who made things worse They were rude and did not seem to appreciate our business. The job was not done in any way well.... They made me feel like they were doing me a favor just by taking my calls.
