They did a very nice job. Pressure washed and painted some prepainted areas with one or more coats if needed. Unpainted sections had a minimum of 2 coats and anywhere that didn’t look really good they added additional coats.

I read all the 5 star reviews and was happy to hire Applied after getting a few estimates. Jae was great but the crew I had was uneven and appeared to be in a hurry. The overall job was not fully professional. Many areas had drips and some parts were not painted at all. The carpentry work replacing rotten boards showed a lack of skill and had to be redone in parts. I got most of it resolved but I remain disappointed with the job. The crew used rollers and buckets. Rarely a brush in sight. This led to chunks in the paint, especially on the trim, which were completely ignored. Although I communicated my concerns early on and Jae came for a consult, many of my requests were ignored by the crew leader or not passed on to the crew. Garden plants were trampled and destroyed, drips remain on my brand new cedar deck and I continue to find missed spots and uneven coverage. I consider it a bad hire.

My downstairs was painted. My crooked little house looks so professional. Jay did the painting and Kathy did the cleaning. My walls and ceilings had 20. Years of grime. Im still saying Wow! Meticulous work!

Jai and his team did a fantastic job repairing siding and painting the exterior of my home. They went above my expectations and were responsive and helpful. His team all took great pride in their work and it really shows. The house looks great. I've already booked them to do another project next year.
